Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all addresses across Australia. All orders are dispatched from , Warracknabeal Victoria, in the heart of the Wimmera region.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 AUD. Orders under $30 AUD may incur a flat shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
Metro areas (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA): 3–5 business days
Regional and rural areas: 5–7 business days
Remote locations: up to 10 business days
These are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Buddy Collective is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00pm AEDT on a business day will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our carrier’s tracking portal.
International Shipping
At this time, The Buddy Collective ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand to New Zealand and beyond in the future — stay tuned by joining the Buddy Crew!
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at the email below. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
The Buddy Collective is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with our carrier. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Buddy Collective, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because our treats and supplements are consumable food items, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. This is in line with standard Australian food safety and hygiene regulations.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (dog treats, chews, and gut health supplements), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:
Your dog did not like the product
You ordered the wrong size or variety
You changed your mind after purchase
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a product is right for your dog, please contact us before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are fully protected. If your order arrives:
Damaged or spoiled
Incorrect (wrong product sent)
With a manufacturing defect

We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Buddy Collective (ABN: 43690226085) operates the website buddycollective.com.au and sells natural dog treats and pet supplements under the brands Buddy’s Snack Shack and Gut Buddy. We are based in Warracknabeal, Victoria, Australia.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (credit/debit card, etc.).
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Product Information
All products are intended for use with dogs & cats only. Do not use on other animals unless otherwise stated.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation in ingredients.
While we provide general feeding guidelines, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing new treats or supplements, particularly for dogs with known health conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
