π Shipping & Orders
β Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses across Australia β metro, regional, and rural. Weβre based in Warracknabeal, Victoria, and proud to deliver natural Aussie treats to dogs everywhere.
We donβt offer international shipping at the moment, but watch this space!

β How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $30 AUD. Orders under $30 incur a flat shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.

β How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of being placed (for orders before 12pm AEDT on weekdays). Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Metro areas: 3β5 business days
Regional areas: 5β7 business days
Remote locations: up to 10 business days
Please note these are estimates β during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) allow a little extra time.

β Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, youβll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

β Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes arenβt always possible. If you need to make a change, please email us at belinda@buddycollective.com.au as soon as possible and weβll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

β My order hasnβt arrived β what should I do?
If your order hasnβt arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking link. If thereβs no update or something looks wrong, get in touch with us at hello@buddycollective.com.au and weβll investigate with our carrier right away.

β My order arrived damaged β what happens now?
Weβre so sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and email it to us at belinda@buddycollective.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Weβll get it sorted with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

β Whatβs in your treats? Are they natural?
Yes β all of our treats are made from natural ingredients. We keep things simple and transparent: no artificial preservatives, no added colours, and no nasty fillers. Our range includes single-ingredient treats like pig trotters and duck jerky, as well as our handmade cookies baked with wholesome ingredients.

β Are your products made in Australia?
Weβre proudly Australian and source our ingredients as locally as possible. Product origin details are listed on individual product pages. If you have a specific question about sourcing, feel free to reach out.

β Are your treats safe for dogs with allergies?
Many of our treats are single-ingredient, which makes them a great option for dogs with sensitivities. However, every dog is different β if your pup has known food allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list carefully and consulting your vet before trying a new treat.

β Are your products suitable for puppies?
Some of our treats are suitable for puppies, while others (like hard chews) are better suited to adult dogs with fully developed teeth. Product pages include recommended age and size guidance. When in doubt, check with your vet.

β How should I store the treats?
Most of our treats should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packaging and use within the timeframe noted on the pack. Storage instructions are listed on each product.

β What is Gut Buddy?
Gut Buddy is our range of probiotic gut health supplements designed specifically for dogs. Theyβre formulated to support healthy digestion, immune function, and overall wellbeing from the inside out.

β What is Tummy Buddy and what does it do?
Tummy Buddy is our flagship probiotic supplement. It contains a blend of beneficial bacteria strains to support your dogβs gut microbiome β which plays a huge role in digestion, immunity, skin health, and even mood.
Itβs particularly helpful for dogs with:
Sensitive stomachs or loose stools
Seasonal allergies or itchy skin
History of antibiotic use
Anxiety or stress-related digestive upsets

β How do I give Tummy Buddy to my dog?
Tummy Buddy is easy to administer, itβs just a bite sized treat! Simply give your dog the recommended amount once daily. Dosage guidelines based on your dogβs weight are included on the packaging and on the product page.

β How long until I see results?
Every dog is different, but many pet parents notice improvements in digestion and stool consistency within 2β4 weeks of consistent use. For best results, we recommend using Tummy Buddy daily as part of your dogβs routine.

β Is Gut Buddy safe to use alongside my dogβs current diet or medication?
Our supplements are made from natural ingredients and are generally safe for healthy adult dogs. However, if your dog is on medication, has a chronic health condition, or is pregnant or lactating, we always recommend checking with your vet before introducing any new supplement.

β Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favourite products and have them delivered automatically on a schedule that suits you. Subscribing means youβll never run out of your pupβs favourite treats or supplements β and youβll save money with every delivery.
β How much do I save with a subscription?
Subscribers enjoy a discount on every order compared to the standard one-off price. The exact saving is shown on each product page when you select the subscription option at checkout.

β How do I set up a subscription?
Simply select βSubscribe & Saveβ on a product page and choose your preferred delivery frequency. Youβll be prompted to create an account so you can manage your subscription easily.

β Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes β you can update your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. No lock-in contracts, no fuss.

β Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account, with no cancellation fees. Weβd love to know what we could do better, so feel free to share any feedback when you cancel.

β What if I want to change the products in my subscription?
You can update the products in your subscription through your account portal. If you need help, just email us at belinda@buddycollective.com.au and weβll sort it out for you.

β Do you support any charities?
Yes β and this is something weβre really proud of. Buddy Collective partners with Phoenix Animal Rescue in Horsham to support dogs in need. A portion of our proceeds goes toward helping rescue animals find their forever homes.
